Registration Information

Registration is now open at: https://fwo.modelbase.live/login/Advance registration is highly encouraged - each entry will require a photograph. Since scoring will be done in an automated system, the photograph will help our judges confirm that they are recording the scores on the appropriate entry. EXHIBITION RULES
1. All entries will be placed on display tables before registration closes and not removed until the Awards Ceremony has concluded. This rule is so that judges may formulate the winning entries and prepare all decisions for the special awards.
2. Entries will evaluated by 3 judges with the lowest score being dropped.
3. Judges decisions are final.
4. A judge is not permitted to score their own entry. (Judges are permitted to enter any Group.)
5. For each Entry Group, the exhibitor will place all of the entries in that group in the same spot on the display tables. The judges will identify which entry in that Group will score best and ONLY AWARD that entry (or award a "Display Award).
6. Judges reserve the right to move any entry to another Entry Group as appropriate.
7. Entries shall be tasteful and not depict anything sexually explicit (no X-rated entries).
8. Entries with bases are frequently picked up by judges for closer examination. Large entries and apparently fragile entries will not be touched by judges.
9. All Exhibitors will steer clear/avoid gathering around Judges while they are scoring entries - the display area will not be closed during judging.
10. Exhibitors are free to respectfully ask judges to explain their decisions.
11. Work presented must be the exhibitors own work - unless the entry is a "proxy" for a third party with that exhibitor's name registered.
